Outreach: Cross in the City

Through mentoring, Cross in the City works with at-risk youth so they may become leaders in their community.  The youth are involved in community service projects, and enjoy art and music projects.  Volunteers are needed to tutor and mentor as well as serve on the board and committees.  CITC relies 100% on donations from individuals to pay for these programs.  CITC is working in cooperation with the municipal courts of the City of Pasadena to provide alternative sentencing programs for delinquent and truant juveniles and others needing counseling.   Cross in the City High School is a fully accredited diploma program for adults that meets once per week for two hours.  Most meetings take place at the Cross in the City office, 704 Pasadena Blvd., Suite B, Pasadena, TX 77506.
