Outreach: Christian Outreach Alliance

The Apartment Ministry is a coalition of churches offering an expanding program to at-risk youth residing in a cluster of apartments in Clear Lake.  The program includes a “club house” of tutoring and enrichment for elementary and middle school students,  a computer training class, and a high school diploma program, all provided by volunteers.
