Thanks Bags
Have you ever come across a homeless person and wanted to help, but hesitated because you didn't know
if they would use the money in an appropriate way?
Well here is an idea which came out of Pastor Jack's
sermon the Sunday after Christmas 2004. Make up some "Thanks Bags" to keep in you car to hand to homeless
people you come upon during the day.
Each one of these cost about $2.50 to put together or 4 for $9. This would
be a great project for a small group to do together and you could buy the items in quantity. Here are some
suggestions:
Apple Juice
Karnut Mix
Fruit Cups
Tuna Kit
Hand Sanitizers
Napkin
Card
Plastic Spoon/Fork
1-gal baggie
Here is the card as a Word file already formatted to print as a 3x5 card
